With the help of our ticket office, you can create different types of access for your members from a single access to a pass for one or two conferences or even to all the programming of your event.
In order to allow control of all accesses to the broadcasting platform, during the transaction, the barcode of the ticket becomes the access code to said platform. Explanatory information to allow the customer to access the online content is added to the ticket.
The Event'nroll dashboard also allows you to control all the permissions and options available to your members. The store and the distribution platform remain fully customizable to fit the branding of your event. The viewing space also allows the display of partners and / or sponsors.
A login button can also be positioned on the event website in order to log into the viewing area.
The system can optionally limit the number of devices connected at the same time with the same code. For example, only one device can view the content at a desired time. In addition, a feature allowing the geolocation of the buyer makes it possible to control the purchase or the distribution of content to specific regions.
By logging in, the customer can see all of the content for which they have registered. A simple validation process to display content that is still available is in place since each activity can have a start date and an end date. All content may also be available for the duration of the event.
When the validation is carried out, the customer can then launch the viewing of the content of his/her choice, from the platform of his/her choice. We currently favour Vimeo which is fully adapted to the distribution of this type of content. In addition to providing a broadcast environment, it also offers the possibility of asking questions live or having a chat room. It is also possible to offer free activities or live presentations in connection with Zoom.
