The following terms and conditions apply to all domain names and sites maintained by the Event'nroll platform. These terms and conditions govern the use of the Event'nroll platform regardless of the site used. Event'nroll reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These policies are in effect as soon as they are posted on the site.

Event'nroll acts as a ticket service provider and is in no way connected with the organization of the event. Event'nroll assumes no liability for attending events for which it sells tickets.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include taxes, where applicable.


Prices are set by the event organizer and not by Event'nroll. Tickets for events can be sold on multiple platforms or locations. Prices may differ on the Event'nroll platform and other distribution points.


Service fees are charged by Event'nroll and are non-refundable.

Order confirmation

During the transaction, upon approval of payment on your credit card, Event'nroll will send you a confirmation email containing your electronic tickets. A purchase confirmation number will also appear on the page.


If you do not receive these confirmations, you are responsible for ensuring that the transaction has been completed correctly with Event'nroll Customer Service. Event'nroll can not be held responsible for losses if you do not perform the appropriate follow ups.

Cancellation

The decision to cancel an event belongs to the event organizer and not Event'nroll.


In case of cancellation of an event by the organizer, Event'nroll will refund the tickets at the request of the organizer of the event.


If the event is canceled and can not be postponed, buyers will be notified by email and Event'nroll will refund the tickets within 10 days. Event'nroll will post the necessary information on its website. The service fees are not refundable.


Please note that transactions made on the Event'nroll platform appear on your credit card statement under the name "Event'nroll". Sometimes you can forget the initial transaction. If you contact your credit card institution and dispute the amount charged and BeavertTix is ​​able to show that you attended the event, you may be charged fees.

Requests for refund

Unless canceled, tickets purchased online through the Event'nroll platform are not refundable or exchangeable. Event'nroll will not refund any tickets. Event'nroll is ​​only an intermediary, you will need to contact the organizer of the event for all requests.

Validity

The e-ticket will be considered invalid if it is the subject of an official complaint to the police. The purchaser of the electronic ticket agrees that he is responsible for his ticket and waives all claims for loss and damages. Event'nroll reserves the right to cancel an order in case of fraud or other reasons deemed relevant.

Resale

Tickets purchased on the Event'nroll platform are for personal use and can not be resold under any circumstances. Resale of tickets may result in the cancellation of these tickets.

At the event

Event'nroll does not ship any tickets by mail. To access the event, you must present your e-ticket that you received when you purchased it online. Two methods are accepted: a printed copy of the electronic ticket or an electronic version of the ticket on your smartphone. If you do not submit your e-ticket, event staff will need to validate your identity and an identification document that matches the address entered at the time of purchase may be required.

Privacy policy

Event'nroll places a great deal of importance on the protection of your personal data. Event'nroll will not disclose or transmit any personal information to third parties. The information collected on our platform is for the exclusive use of the organizer of the event. Under no circumstances will the information be sold or sold to other companies.
