Event'nroll, a division of Spordle, is proud to power two major cultural events currently taking place in the Metropolis, the Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM) and the Salon du livre de Montréal.

The Event'nroll team demonstrated the flexibility of the platform, which is intended to be much more than a registration tool, by adapting to the specific needs of these two international events, which are taking place virtually this year. Innovative functionalities, developed to cater to specific needs for their respective clientele and adapted to the new reality facing us in 2020, were offered to them.

For the Salon du livre de Montréal, Event'nroll allows customers to book their participation in certain virtual activities for the 2020 edition. Once registered, they can benefit from a notification system informing them by reminder sent one hour before the start of the chosen activity that it will start soon.

In order for this functionality to be integrated into the existing system, activities are imported directly from the salon’s database and a registration page is automatically generated.

The ticketing office has been adapted to make it an online registration platform for activities, allowing the creation of a personalized agenda, modifiable at any time. Subsequently, the participants of FORUM RIDM 2020 will experience this year's edition on the Event'nroll broadcasting platform.

The Montreal International Documentary Festival (RIDM) is one of the largest documentary film festivals in North America.
